Redeveloping and re-purposing 300,000 square feet of empty commercial space is no small task. Formerly owned by the Digital Equipment Corporation until it closed in 2003, the present-day Central Maine Commerce Center is a shining example of a transformation from potential white elephant into success story. The renaissance of this massive commercial complex took just 36 months and required a $30 million infrastructure investment.

We initially projected $100 million in new taxable valuation for the City of Augusta, Maine over the course of ten years. At the halfway point of our redevelopment timeline, the Central Maine Commerce Center has already generated more than $50 million in new taxable valuation.
